5. Service Terms and Conditions

5.1 Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by Calgary Home Insulation are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on information provided by the client and on-site inspection where applicable. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions discovered during the project.

5.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement or invoice. We accept various payment methods as indicated at the time of service. A deposit may be required to secure your service date. Failure to pay invoices in full within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of future services.

5.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled service date to avoid a cancellation fee. Rescheduling requests made with less than forty-eight (48) hours notice may be subject to additional fees. Calgary Home Insulation reserves the right to charge for any materials or labor already committed to a cancelled project.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Calgary Home Insulation or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or otherwise use any content from the Service without prior written permission from Calgary Home Insulation.
